To buy...or not to buy??

So Bryan recently bought a IPad. This week he is letting me borrow it as I am trying to decide if I want to invest in one or not. I am currently leaning toward yes...but then I think holy moly, $500 for an iPad?? But when my apt was robbed they got my iPad...so it would be nice to get a iPad...so I am testing my booting from the iPad..one down side that I am seeing is it won't let me upload pictures to my blog. That could be a major problem as I love to blog pictures!!! So in the coming week I will let you know of my decision. For now I am off to bed. I have a families test tomorrow and my ppr. More on my families class tomorrow!! Night y'all!

Kinda Excited!!

I got my new keyboard cover in today and I think its super awesome!!! I use to have a black ugly one, but it did the job! I got this one for 1 cent plus 2 bucks for shipping!! Pretty awesome huh!! I think it looks awesome!

For like 2 dollars, I am very very happy!

Macy's 11th Birthday

A few weeks ago, I headed down to Waco, for Miss Macy's 11th birthday! Let me just say, I can not believe that she is 11 and in the 5th grade....that is how old I was when she was born...This girl make me feel old...I have watched her grow up and she just gets more and more beautiful every year! 

Bryan and I got her the necklace that she is wearing. She wanted some birthstone jewelry, so we got her a simple heart necklace with her birthstone in it! 

Her parents got her an IPhone (because of certain circumstances), and a awesome bike. Her dad put it together Friday night while she was at the football game. I tried it out to make sure it was safe for her :) 

Her awesome momma, baked the cake and then we decorated it for her! She wanted a homemade simple cake that was chocolate!

She loved her cake! :)

I hope that she has many more happy years, and that all her wishes come true! :) 

~~ Sorry that this took me so long, midterms are fast approaching, and when that happens my life tends to feel like it is spinning out of control! But I do have a few exciting post coming up! :)~~

Feeling Blah...

I had lovely intentions of posting pictures and a blog post about Macy's birthday today. BUT, I had a major project that was due today, and I was up late last night perfecting it! So I have spent my evening since being home from work watching Modern Family, In the Middle, and other great shows the premiered their season tonight! For now, I am going to spend quality time with my pillow and blanket! I PROMISE to post  Macy's birthday tomorrow!

I am off to spend time with this little guy! Night! 

Ohio: Random Pics...

This is my last Ohio- Summer post. It has lots of random pics, that dont really have much of a story behind them, or deserve a full blog post devoted to just them!

This one should have gone on the Salt Fork post, but it got left out! Beth and I were enjoying hanging out on the boat while the rest of the people got tortured by Uncle Lee on the tube (just kidding)!

One last picture with Maddi before they left to go home, and before I left to head back to Texas...I love to snuggle with this little baby! It will be a sad day when she will be to old to snuggle with Emmie....but for now I will eat it all up!

Rearranging Kitchen!

Since my mom has moved, I acquired some new furniture. She gave me her entry way table, but our entry was to small for it so I used it to make a coffee bar! It gave my new roommate and I much more counter space! 

This is our coffee bar! The Martindales gave me their K-Cup holder because they are no longer using their Kuerig. The holder really made it a true coffee bar! (If you love coffee try the Kuerig, totally worth it!)

How I feel today...

This is how I am feeling today! I just want to lay on the couch and watch T.V. and do absolutely nothing! However, I have a list of things to do! Work, Group project meeting, Study Abroad Grant Essay, and the list goes on and on! I will update on  my weekend tonight after my meeting. Yes, that is me above, when I was 3 and I was sick, it is one of my favorite pictures!! 

Ohio: Salt Fork

So on our way home from camping, Aunt Nellie and I stopped to see some family who does a traditional (19 years) of going to Salt Fork for a week! So we stopped to see them! It was a awesome experience and I have been invited back for next years trip!

We spent the few days there out on the lake! I had a BLAST!

Ohh yes! That is me out on the tube! My Uncle Lee was "cutting the pie"...

Im still holding on tight! 

and... then he cut the pie...I went 4 ft in the air...and I got scared and let go! :) 

But I got back on the tube and let him cut the pie again... because Uncle Lee has a blast taking us out, and watching to see who gets the most airtime! (I won it for that day!) 

This time I flipped before he cut the pie, and took a head first dive into the water...after this one, I was done for this day! It was a total blast and I can not wait to go back next summer, and I hope to spend more time on the boat...

We also spent a lot of time in the yard of the cabin...this is the view from the screened in patio! We spend out days and nights with a camp fire, swimming in the pool, lots of fun on the water, and lots of fun family time! 

Thanks Uncle Lee and Aunt Judy for inviting me! I can not wait for this next summer! 

~~ Sorry this post was so delayed, I went to see Bryan for Labor Day weekend! I promise to do better this week! I have more Ohio Pictures to show/tell with you guys! ~~
