Day 4 of Girls Vacation...LONG POST WARNING!

Whew! I have had a CRAZY and BUSY week, more on that in a later post...But now onto day 4 of Girls Vacation...My cousin and I headed to this place for a late b-day gift for me! Can you guess where we went?
Yes, we went to Epcot! We drank around the flipping world...I am NOT a drinker, I hate beer, and I dont do well with shots...but we made it around the world...we rode a few boat rides at some countries and had snacks...and had a great lunch at Germany (not all countries are pictured below...but we did hit up each and every country around the lagoon)
From a Margarita in Mexico...to..
a shot in Norway that burned the entire way down...to..
a beer...and lunch in Germany! (bleh!) to...
rose sparkling wine in Italy...(my favorite of the whole trip around the world, the worst was the mago drink at China...threw that one away almost full! Bleh!!)
After we finished up in Canada we headed out!
To this magical place...where we had dinner (my favorite..chicken strips) and where I spilt my large coke..I felt so bad, the lady just cleaned off the table..and here I come set my tray down and send my drink a flying...oops but she thankfully got me another and so kindly cleaned up my mess...
I watched when they brought the flag down! I have never seen this before...this experience at MK and Epcot was different from any I have had before! I got to do things that I have never done the many times I have been! We also watched/danced with Move it Shake it! We shook our tail feathers! So much fun!
We also rode a few rides and went to a few shows!
After dinner we took our places for this parade...different from Spectro Magic, and I am not sure that I like it... according to a blog I read, it is only temporary...
M-I-C-K-E-Y!!
Alice...I HATE the movie...but I love her...
I thought this float was cool!
I love this picture...
And since today is Memorial day in all! I thought I would put up this picture of this float, and thank those who are fighting and have fought for the red white and blue...
After the parade, we watched the show where they project the pictures taken that day by the photo pass people, it was neat! I read on a blog about this before I went, and I was a little iffy about it, but I loved it!
Then we watched the fireworks...I didnt take pictures because I have enough, so I took video which I will post later after I upload it to my Youtube...
After fireworks, we just chilled for a moment and let it clear out! We took a few pictures!
Thank you Julie for going with me and drinking around the world!
Until next time MK... See you real soon...I hope :)

Day 3 Girls Vacation

Day 3 was my turn to choose what we did! (We all got a day, and this was my day!) On the 3rd day we mainly just hung around on the beach for the day....
It was a nice day! It was in the upper 80's with a breeze and just perfect.
We took pictures...and enjoyed the day with drinks in hand and the beach in sight!
The view from my tanning chair....of course we did a little boogie boarding as we did EVERY day!
That night we went out at saw Bridesmaids...it was hilarious! After that we headed to Flagler Ave...where we spent many a nights having fun.
This night we decided to do a scavenger hunt...older vs younger...and the younger won, it was a blast! We had the whole bar in on our scavenger hunt! This wife volunteered her hubby!  We also sang a few songs of karaoke!
Then we called it a night and headed home!
It was a great day!

Day 2 of Girls Vacation...

Day 2 of girls vacation was a blast, just as all of the days were! We got up early and walked down to the beach to join the other people as we watched the last launch of Space Shuttle Endeavor.
I have seen the shuttle take off before, but this time it was different. We were closer this time than I have ever been. Dont get me wrong we were not in Cape Canaveral, but New Smyrna was close enough!
We counted down in unison with the people who had their radios on. A few minutes after it took off, the sound waves finally hit us. It was odd, I had never experienced that part of it. But it was a fantastic way to start my morning off, a cup of coffee in my hand on the beach watching the shuttle take off, how much better does it get?
After we watched the shuttle take off (already in our swimsuites) we went up to the house got the huge BASKET of sand castle stuff and headed back to the beach to build a sand castle. This would be the day I burned the crap out of my self....A week and a half later and I am STILL pealing...yuck....
When I say we spend all day building it, I mean we started about 9am and went back up to the house about 3. We did take a lunch break, and a boogie boarding break! I dont think I have a picture on my camera of us boogie boarding, but we did it ever day for HOURS!
That evening we waited for high tide to come in and fill our mote before we left for dinner.
So we took that opportunity to take a few pictures, and hassle a few onlookers to take a group shot of us!
If you click the picture it gets bigger, and you can see that I am wearing a wrap on my shoulders. Because even though the sun was setting, the little bit of sun that was left KILLED my shoulders!
I fell in LOVE with this beach! The water was warm and clear, the beach was clean, the sand was soft, it was perfect! A couple people have told me that gulf is better, and I think that thats crazy! This water was such a pretty crystal/aqua blue. I have seen the gulf and it looks like lake water! I would rather swim here with better boogie boarding waves!
Here are the 3 fantastic ladies who taught us everything we needed to know about girls vacation!
"We are women hear us ROAR!!"
We wrote in the sand ALOT!
Then we just hung our before heading to Daytona Beach for Dinner at Sloppy Joe's on the Ocean Walk! Then Beth and I did this fun Slingshot thing. My cousin Julie is the commentator.

Day 2 was a blast! But Day 3 was the best! :)

I am looking forward to 2 more vacation! One is in about 2 weeks with Bryan's family. The second is to Vegas with Bryan at the end of June. It was his parents graduation gift to us! We are going to meet a friend of mine there for 4 days :) We are also going to see Celine Dion! So the next month is full of exciting and fun things :)

Im Back!!

Ok, I am back from Girls Vacation of 2011...Well I have actually been back for 2 days now, but I have been catching up on sleep... Tonight I am going to show a few pictures from my first day on the beach!

Our PINK beach house! Which was in a fabulous location! The beach was so clean and the water was so clear, I could still see my feet in waist deep water! We saw dolphins every morning and they often would swim close to us while in the water!
After hitting the beach for the afternoon, the first night I was there, it was Nellie and mine's night to make dinner (we ate in 3 nights and out 4) We made a fajita bar along with margaritas! Yummy!
After Dinner we went on a walk along the beach!
We did many things on this vacation that I think we were not suppose to! This being one of them! Watch for more pictures to come over the next few days!!

Bryan's Baccalaureate Ceremony

Ok, I know I said I am not posting anymore but...how could I not! Bryan had his Baccalaureate Ceremony today, and let me say that I am SO proud of him!
(This is all of us before the ceremony, and no we didn't plan on wearing the same color!)
It is a religious ceremony whereat the end the graduating class Recesses through Dallas Hall (they processed through their Freshman year)
This is Mr. Magna Cum Laude himself. Have I said that I am so proud of him. He is graduating with 2 degrees, BA in Chemistry and a BS in Biology!

We took pictures by this cool fountain after the ceremony!
Ok, I promise this will probably be my LAST post before girls vacation! I just happened to not be able to sleep, so here I am posting....

Good-Bye Blogworld for a week!!

Ok, I successfully fit all of my clothes for a week in my 21 in tall carry-on bag with room to spare! I have decided that I am not going to bring my laptop (which was a hard decision to make, but hey I am going to be at the beach)! So I am saying goodbye Blogword for a week! However, I know that a lot of my readers are friends with me on Facebook and can follow me there through my status updates and pictures I will post from my phone! If you are not my friend feel free to add me! I will be back next Sat with great pictures and stories to share! I have a busy weekend ahead of me! Well, that is true, but Bryan graduates tomorrow so I am leaving my apartment today in a hourish!
I hope you all have a fantastic week and see you on my facebook!

Happy Mother's Day!!

I am not at home with my mom this weekend since gas costs to much money, and I had to work on Saturday night. However, last time I was home (Easter) I washed, and vacuumed her car like she wanted for her Mother's Day Gift!
I love my mom to pieces! She is absolutely amazing! While we don't always agree on everything, she is still my best friend. She is always there to support me and encourage me! She stands up for me when others wont. I have had people come in and out of my life over the years, but my mom has been one of the few to stand strong next to me and always support me! As I get older, the more I respect the things she did as I grew up. She has let me have experience that have taught me WHY she did those things...and to lean/see for myself! The above picture was from when she saved the day last May in Florida...
This was at Christmas! We are definitely Mother/Daughter, we bought each other the same jackets for Christmas!
I also have a few other people who play a motherly role in my life...
Aunt Nellie, she is amazing as well...she is also always there for me...while she lives in Ohio...she is always there to lend a ear, give advice, or when I am at home in Ohio be my Ohio mom! I always said if anything happened to my parents growing up, I would go live with her!
This is my Waco mom! Rhonda, she is amazing. There is not a thing she would do for her kids (Morgan and Macy). She calls me her daughter and I know if I ever need anything that she is there!
All of these ladies are awesome, and I have lots of other Aunts that I could include, but that would make for a very long post! Just know that I have lost of "Mom's" in my life that love and support me and my life!
Happy Mother's Day!!
